Keeping it Real

Our recipes are inspired by founder Jake's favorite comfort foods growing up in a loving, laugh-filled, & food-obsessed Filipino family. We use true Pinoy ingredients like Coconut Vinegar & Date Syrup!

Our Story

I'm a 1st generation FilAm, or Filipino American, who was born in the Philippines and raised in NJ with countless memories of joyful family gatherings. At the center of the each gathering was a table overflowing with home cooked Filipino dishes. I remember the delicious flavors of our food together with the laugher of my family bringing comfort and joy to my heart.

I created Fila Manila to celebrate the joy of Filipino family, culture and our delicious cuisine and to share it with you.
