At this point we do not offer international shipping.

All orders are shipped within 5 days of ordering via USPS, Fedex or UPS. Shipping normally takes 5-7 business days depending on your region. 

Should your package get lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at hello@FilaManila.com. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or issue refunds due to food safety.

Our sauces are completely shelf stable and do not need to be refrigerated although doing so will extend their life.

All our sauces are vegan, naturally gluten-free & dairy-free, and include no artificial additives and preservatives.
