Aioli w/ Banana Ketchup

Ingredients:

  • 3⁄4 cup of mayonnaise
  • 3 cloves of garlic (minced or chopped)
  • 1⁄2 T of lemon juice
  • 2 T of Fila Manila Banana Ketchup
  • 1 tsp of salt (season to taste)
  • 1 tsp of pepper (season to taste)

Instructions:
In a mixing bowl combine mayonnaise, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Add Fila Manila Banana Ketchup into the bowl and stir to combine. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste. Let the mixture rest in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes before serving.
