Isla-Glazed Salmon

Our boozy, tropical, fruity Isla Sauce is the perfect complement to fresh salmon and other seafood! Since the Philippines is surrounded by the sea, I grew up eating lots of fish! Our recipe makes 2 servings but can easily be scaled up for the whole family. This is an easy hands-off lunch or dinner for the family (that also pairs with our Pineapple Isla Rice), or can also be a stunning centerpiece for dinner parties. For even tastier results, try broiling the salmon for 2 minutes at the end to add nice char and caramelization. We love to add some extra sliced pineapple or pineapple salsa on top, along with lime wedges for that perfect tropical balance.
