2-STEP Pineapple Isla Fried Rice

This bright, colorful, punchy rice gives the typical side a bright island makeover for any occasion! It never fails to take me all the way from Chicago to the Filipino seaside in just one second. The recipe makes 4-6 servings. Pair alongside Fila Manila Adobo Sauce & Marinade made with your favorite protein, or just dig in plain. Additionally, add chopped protein and egg into the pan and combine to make a Pineapple Isla Fried Rice (serving this inside a half pineapple is optional, but highly recommended).


  • 3 cups of cooked rice
  • ¾ cup of finely chopped red pepper
  • 3-4 scallions, finely sliced
  • ½ cup pineapple (drained and crushed)
  • 1 bottle of Fila Manila Isla Sauce (or to taste)


  1. Combine all ingredients and cook in sauce pan over medium heat, stirring to combine until hot and fragrant
  2. Serve plain or with a protein cooked in  Fila Manila Adobo Sauce & Marinade
