Ube Greek Yogurt Bars

It’s spring and summer is just around the corner! The days are getting longer, the sun is getting warmer, and I don’t know about you, but my taste buds are craving something sweet and refreshing. These Ube Greek Yogurt bars are the perfect solution. This recipe makes me reminisce about childhood summers with no care in the world. I promise you will love these popsicles, they are the perfect freezer snack. Fila Manila’s Ube doesn’t contain any fake flavors or artificial dyes, so it’s a treat you can feel good about too. Tasty, sweet, and guilt free? What is there not to love about these? Seriously!


Prep Time: 5-10 mins

Freeze Time: Minimum 2 Hours


  • 2 Cups of nonfat Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Cup of frozen or fresh berries 
  • 1 ½ cups of Fila Manila Ube Spread 


  1.  In a bowl, mix 2 cups of greek yogurt with a cup of ube. Mix well until fully blended. 
  2. Add half a cup of frozen berries and mix well
  3.  Add the rest of your ube and mix well. 
  4.  Fold in the remaining berries 
  5. Take a piece of parchment paper and spoon the yogurt mixture onto the paper.
  6.  Spread out your mixture to cover as much of the paper as possible. Don’t make it too thin - aim for the yogurt to be the thickness of your favorite candy bar. 
  7.  Add toppings of your choice (berries, oats, or more ube!) 
  8.  Carefully move to the freezer and leave to freeze for a minimum of 2 hours 
  9. After a minimum of 2 hours, remove from the freezer and cut into candy bar slices! 
  10. Enjoy your healthy tasty snack! Keep in the freezer throughout the week.
