Prep Time: 25 minutes

Bake Time: 15 minutes

  • 2 pounds bulk pork sausage
  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 cup Fila Manila Banana Ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger

  1. In a large bowl, combine sausage and egg. Shape into 1 inch balls. Place on a greased rack in a baking pan. Bake at 400° for 15-20 minutes or until an internal temperature of 160°F, and drain.
